Supreme Court Ruling May Effect You

The Wall Street Journal reports, “The Supreme Court ruled yesterday (June 22, 2009) that parents of children with learning disabilities may be able to bypass public school special education programs and enroll their children in private schools instead, with taxpayers footing the bill.”
